Patti was a Special Education Teacher for several years. She had a major operation and needed something to do while recuperating. Her daughter talked her into taking a painting class. She was hooked immediately and has been teaching classes for the past 20+ years. Patti has been on the board of NEDA since it started and enjoys the chapter and it’s members very much. The members seem like family to her. Patti and John have four children. Rob and Sheri and their families live in Vancouver, British Columbia. Vicki and family live in Hebron, Indiana and Leesa and Alex and their two dachshunds live in Neebish Island in the Upper Pennisula.

In addition to serving as our chapter president, Patti also teaches regular painting classes in her home studio.
