Northern Expressions Decorative Artists (otherwise known as “NEDA”) is Northern Michigan’s chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters. Chapter meetings and paint-in’s are generally held on the second Saturday of every month in the community room at the Grand Traverse Mall.
